Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Vault (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard
Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This includes all social features and data sharing protocols within
your "Circle." If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. AI Ticket Processing & Verification
Vault uses artificial intelligence to extract event data and barcodes from ticket documents you upload.
Verification Requirement: AI extraction is a convenience feature and is not 100% accurate. You are solely responsible
for verifying that the event details and barcodes in Vault match your original purchase before arriving at a venue.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data.
- Vault is a management and social tool, not a ticket issuer or primary vendor.
3. Use of the Service & UGC Safety
You agree to use Vault only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Upload fraudulent, altered, or stolen tickets.
- Harass, stalk, or impersonate other users through social features.
- Post objectionable, offensive, or harmful content in profile fields.
Safety Policy: There is a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. Accounts found in
violation will be terminated immediately without notice.
4. The Circle & Social Conduct
Vault allows you to follow other users to coordinate attendance. By using these features, you agree:
- Visibility: Your attendance at non-private events is visible to your followers.
- Circle Management: You are responsible for who you accept into your Circle and for toggling
"Private" status on any tickets you wish to keep hidden.
- Reporting: You agree to use the built-in reporting tools to flag any abusive behavior or offensive
profiles encountered within the App.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
Vault is provided "As-Is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Denied Entry: Vault is not liable if you are denied entry to an event due to incorrect barcode
extraction, technical failure, or missing documentation.
- Social Interaction: We are not liable for any personal disputes or safety issues arising from the
use of social attendance features.
- Data Loss: We are not liable for any lost tickets or social connections resulting from service
interruptions or account deletion.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" button in the App. This action is permanent. We
reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.
